At SEORA Beauty, we vow to have 100% authentic products. We only sell the items which are sourced directly from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors. And we have multiple quality checks done, to rule out the possibility of fake products being shipped.

Returns Policy

SEORA Beauty offers a hassle-free return policy, allowing customers to request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

Important: An unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for processing any return or exchange request.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact Customer Support via email at support@seorabeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order details along with clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice, or share an unboxing video.

  3. We arrange pickup within 2-4 business days after verifying the request.

  4. Return Approval: Once the product is received in original condition (with seals, labels, and barcodes intact), we will initiate a refund or replacement.

  5. Reverse Pickup Process: Pickup will be assigned within 24-48 hours, and the product will be collected within 2-4 working days.

  6. Refund/Replacement: After quality checks, we process the refund or send a replacement, subject to stock availability.

Note: If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the amount as per the invoice.

Conditions for Returns

  • Free gifts included in the order must also be returned.

  • If multiple defective products are received, raise a single complaint, as returns will be arranged only once.

  • Returns are processed at the item level, but all components, freebies, and accessories must be returned.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

  • The seal is broken, or the product is used.

  • The return request is initiated after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The original packaging, including the shipping box, tags, labels, and freebies, is missing or damaged.

  • The product’s serial number is tampered with.

  • The product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Kit/Set/Combo products cannot be returned individually but can be replaced as a whole if defective.

  • Sale or Clearance items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Freebie Terms & Conditions

  • Freebies are subject to availability and may be altered by SEORA Beauty based on inventory.

  • Replacements or refunds for freebies are not allowed.

  • These terms also apply to BYOB kits & vanity products.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date SEORA Beauty receives the returned products.

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking refunds will be made back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (CoD) Orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, based on the billing details shared by the customer.

  • The transfer will be completed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned products and bank details.

Note: CoD and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@seorabeauty.com with the reason for cancellation.

  • You can also contact us on +91 9876333242 (Mon-Sat: 10 AM - 6 PM).

  • You’ll get a confirmation by email once your cancellation request has been processed (this takes 24 hours).

  • The amount will be credited back within 24-48 business hours if the order is successfully canceled.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • For product that has already been dispatched from the warehouse, cancellation request will only provide you with refund once the product is received and verified by our warehouse.

Important Note:

  • You will not be able to return or replace any individual items from kits/sets. If defective, the complete kit needs to be returned.
