Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 Hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Based on location and service by courier partners, delivery is done in 2-7 days.

If you live in a remote location, delivery may take longer (up to 10 days).
We will send a tracking number to your email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped so that you can check your shipment.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must report it within 48 hours of the delivery notification by contacting us at support@seorabeauty.com or via our website chat support.
Please ensure that:

In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, SEORA Beauty is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

Report it within 48 hours of delivery to support@seorabeauty.com with an unboxing video and clear images.

Our team will assess and provide a resolution based on our return and refund policies.
Delays & Force Majeure
We do our utmost for timely delivery, but due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, courier issues and so on), there can be a delay. SEORA Beauty is not responsible for any such delays, but will use its best efforts to remedy any apprehensions.
Order Cancellations by SEORA Beauty
SEORA Beauty reserves the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, including:
